Factory seconds are genuine products that carry a minor cosmetic variation — a slight irregularity in stitching, a small mark, or a subtle colour inconsistency. In many cases the imperfection is barely perceptible, or entirely undetectable in everyday wear.

Yes. Every piece on The Quiet Edition is sourced through trusted channels and inspected for authenticity before it ships. We do not deal in replicas, fakes, or grey-market goods.

No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account is optional, but it allows you to track orders, save your details, and access your order history more easily.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely.

Join our mailing list at the bottom of any page. We send stock alerts when new pieces land — no noise, no promotions, just the drop. Stock is limited and moves quickly.

Orders & Shipping

We ship worldwide. All orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre in Hong Kong and delivered via tracked international shipping.

Orders placed before 2:00pm Hong Kong Time (HKT) begin processing the same business day. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24–72 hours of confirmation. Depending on your location, your package will then arrive at your doorstep within 6–15 days.

We offer a flat rate of $25 USD on all orders, worldwide. Orders over $250 USD ship free.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your shipment in real time.

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@thequietedition.com. We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been confirmed — but we will always do our best.

Depending on your country, import duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your local regulations before ordering.

If your package has not been delivered within 25 calendar days of dispatch, please contact us at info@thequietedition.com. We will open a carrier investigation and work with the carrier to locate or replace your shipment.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days, starting from the day your order was delivered. Returned items must comply with the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included
  • Final sale items cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you
  • Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box when returned
  • When trying on footwear, please do not mark the soles or damage the shoe box
  • If an item has a brand tag or security tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position
  • Hosiery, lingerie and swimwear items must be returned with the hygiene seals attached and in unopened and undamaged packaging, where applicable
  • Lingerie and swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled
  • Jewellery must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents provided with it
  • Beauty and cosmetic products must be returned unopened and unused, with the seals of any packaging still intact

Please be careful when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. As our items are factory seconds, please note the original condition and any disclosed imperfections before requesting a return — returns will not be accepted for imperfections that were described in the product listing.

Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

To start a return, email us at info@thequietedition.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within one business day with instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be sent using a tracked shipping service — The Quiet Edition is not liable for returns lost in transit. If the item received was incorrect, damaged, or faulty beyond what was disclosed in the listing, we will cover return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The funds will be returned to your original payment method. Your bank may take a further 3–5 business days to reflect the amount.

Because our stock is limited and sells quickly, we are unable to guarantee exchanges. Please reach out to us at info@thequietedition.com to discuss getting you the preferred size or piece.

If you receive an item that is damaged or if you received the wrong item entirely, please contact us immediately at info@thequietedition.com. We will resolve it promptly — at no cost to you.
